Banana nighttime smoothie

Try our Banana and Nutmeg Smoothie! Bananas help promote a better nights sleep because they contain the natural muscle-relaxants magnesium and potassium. Plus they contain Tryptophan an amino acid which helps make our sleep hormone. This is the perfect smoothie to have about 1- 2 hours before bed.

1 banana

1/4 cup of gluten free oats.

1.5 cup almond milk

1/4 tbsp. nutmeg

1-2 tsp. honey

Just pop all of these ingredients into a smoothie maker until smooth, hope you enjoy!
