WHAT DOES THE PROGRAMME CONTAIN?
Contains, 1 months’ worth of Sleeping Beauty (60 capsules), 30 ml of a relaxing pillow spray, 60g of calming bath salts, 20 sachets of tea, a 28 day sleep journal, 20 recipes including 5 x breakfast, 5 x lunch, 5 x dinner and 5 x snacks, fact sheets to help you sleep better, 4 x meditation clips, 4 x relaxing stretches and the 28 day plan.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE STARTING THE PLAN?
No, you will just need to login into our website to start the plan when you are ready to. Once you have done this you will then start to receive emails every day for 28 consecutive days. The full 28-day plan is also available in the login area of the website.

CAN I STOP AND THEN START THE PLAN?
The plan is designed to help you get better sleep by making key lifestyle changes over the next 4 weeks. Stopping and then starting the plan may not give you the results you want, and for the best results you need to commit to the 28-day programme. When you start it will automatically carry on until the end of the 28 days with daily communication and advice.

HOW MANY CYCLES OF THE 28-DAY PLAN CAN I DO?
You can do as many as you like. Ideally when you finish the plan you will have adopted lots of the sleep hygiene tips we have given you and these will be making a big difference to the way you are sleeping. You can also carry on taking our Sleeping Beauty product after the programme has finished.

WHEN SHOULD I TAKE THE SLEEPING BEAUTY CAPSULES?
You should take these 30 minutes before bed.

WILL THE SUPPLEMENTS I AM TAKING INTERACT WITH MY PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS?

I FIND IT HARD TO TAKE AND SWALLOW CAPSULES, ARE THERE ANY OTHER WAYS TO TAKE THEM?
They have been designed to be swallowed whole, mostly with food and by doing this is how you will see the best results. Alternatively, you can open them and add them to cold food or water. Please consider that there may be more of an odour or taste by doing this.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Our products are manufactured in the UK in line with current Good Manufacturing Practise (cGMP) and comply with UK and EU regulations. We do not use ingredients that have been genetically modified or irradiated and none of our products are tested on animals. We never use artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

WHAT IS AN NRV?
NRV stands for Nutrient Reference Value. It was changed from RDA by the EU in 2014. This provides guidance on the daily level of vitamins and minerals an average healthy person needs to prevent deficiency. Our NRV’s are listed on our boxes and can be found in %’s. This level may be over 100% because the levels provided in a supplement are designed to promote optimum health rather than prevent deficiencies. The levels in our supplements are all below the established Upper Safe Levels. If a particular nutrient or ingredient doesn’t have an NRV value this is because it has no RDA.
